This Privacy Policy explains how Babar Cloth House ("the App", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use the Babar Cloth House Android application.
The current version of the App is an offline-friendly Pakistani menswear and fabric catalogue with local favourites, cart, delivery details, Cash on Delivery order records, fit guidance, feedback and settings. No user account is required.

The App does not process online payments. It does not ask for or store payment-card, bank-account or mobile-wallet credentials.
Creating an order in the current App creates an offline record on your device. It does not transmit the order to a merchant, reserve live inventory, charge you, or initiate courier delivery. Catalogue availability, delivery estimates and tracking timelines shown in the App are local informational examples and are not real-time merchant or courier data.
We do not collect or share personal information through the current App because it does not send locally stored App information off your device.
The App does not use third-party advertising, behavioural tracking, analytics, crash-reporting, social-login or payment-processing SDKs.
If you choose a Contact or Email action, the App may open an external email application installed on your device. You decide whether to send the email and what information to include.
Once you send an email, it is processed by your chosen email provider and delivered to us. That activity takes place outside the App and is subject to the privacy practices of your email provider. We will use information received by email only to respond to your enquiry, maintain necessary support records, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
The current App declares no Android permissions. In particular, it does not request access to location, notifications, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS, photos, videos, audio, files or external storage.

Emails sent to us may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry, maintain support records, protect our service, resolve disputes or meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing info@babarclothhouse.store, subject to lawful retention obligations.
The App uses Android's private application storage for local data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, screen lock, operating system and backups. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but limiting App data to local device storage reduces external transmission risks.
The App is a general-audience cloth-shopping organiser and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to us by email may contact us to request appropriate action.
The current App does not integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms, social networks, payment processors or live map services. An external email application used at your request is a separate third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
The App is designed around Pakistani menswear, PKR prices and Pakistani delivery examples. If you use the App from another country, your locally stored App information remains on your device. Any email you choose to send may be processed in countries used by your email provider.
